Author Guidelines for Poster Presentations

When preparing your poster, keep in mind that the goal is to engage attendees with the work you are presenting. A well-crafted presentation enhances audience interest and contributes to the overall success and satisfaction of the conference community.

Poster Display Information:

All posters will be exhibited in the main hall on the ground floor of the Science building at the University of Navarra throughout the Meeting.

Posters must be placed on the numbered panel corresponding to the Abstract Book listing. Please ensure your poster is displayed by Wednesday, October 23, before 11:00 AM.

Poster Specifications:

The poster must be written in English.

Each author will be allocated a display board measuring 120 cm (height) by 90 cm (width). Posters should be formatted in portrait/vertical orientation to fit the space provided.

The conference organizers will supply the necessary materials to attach your poster to the board, and on-site assistance will be available for help with setup.
